Lead and supervise daily farm operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and optimal productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily farm operations and staff management
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Monitor livestock health and crop development
- Manage resource allocation and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- 5+ years experience in farm management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of modern farming techniques
Agricultural Technician
